As mentioned elsewhere, Letraset were caught by surprise with the success of their large Star Wars sets (GK247), which they reprinted as L46 to cope with demand. Inevitably more products were required, & these smaller sets — L48 — followed immediately. However, they don't appear to be a rush job; the backgrounds in particular are excellent, & very well suited to the requirements of the medium.
