You can compare the differences between the original & international editions. The latter includes instructions printed on the reverse of the sheet, which is normally left completely blank; see below. Although the sheets that came with these two sets were identical, interestingly the sheets illustrated on the back cover of the international edition are laid out very differently. Just to be clear, Patrick Tilley designed both versions, including the multilingual instructions.
