Looking at the different sets in the Super Action transfers series should give you an idea as to how the cards were folded into three sections, but the following two scans should make it clear that when displayed in the shop, under cellophane, the short flap section was folded over the larger back section — but when you opened the set, the instructions printed on the back section were revealed — as shown in these two scans: "before" & "after"!
Not shown in any of these scans is the incredibly dull plain grey card which was used as a stiffener, hidden inside — because I'm sure you can imagine what grey card looks like!
