Twelve of the twenty-four German-language sets should be enough to give you an idea of the close similarity of the front covers.
Again, a few samples of how the backgrounds were adapted with German-language signage are enough to convey the idea. Not all backgrounds required adaptation. Note that the serial numbers still appear in the lower right-hand corner.
