Order forms were available on packets of Coco Pops, Puffa Puffa Rice or Smacks, & you had to send four of them to receive your badge-maker's transfer kit.

I haven't either of the two blank badges to show you, but I'm sure you know what a plain white circle looks like.

Perhaps this neat little kit helped to launch a new generation of graphic designers; certainly the advice is excellent.
