To play the game, simply drag the transfers to any position you like on the background image.
Whichever one you drag last will be on top, so it's easy to reorder them. Unlike real transfers, you can just keep moving the pieces!

The puzzle is this: for some reason (almost certainly sheer incompetence), Marvel UK printed the "Dagobah Bog Planet" background at a larger size than it had been printed on the cheese boxes. Consequently, when the text on the page says:
"Rub down the transfers where you would like to see them. The foliage is designed to fit into specific areas on the scene, however!"
…It is sadly mistaken. But there's more… for your benefit, we've re-sized the transfers so they are the right size for the background (thanks to Craig Spivey for supplying the necessary information to accomplish this). Yet even so, although we've tried every possible transformation of the transfers, we still can't work out where on the background the foliage was supposed to go.
