The right-hand panel of the background & transfer sheet is taken from the Super Action Heroes set, "Wonder Woman vs. Killer Kreatures" GK245/1 from 1977.
You can't help wondering if perhaps they had another Super Action Heroes set in the works, but then decided to use the artwork here for the left-hand panel instead…
